Receive my order - pair of boots that were completely different to what I ordered. I got one email return saying they would resend the correct and for me to return the item FOC and have not heard anything from them again! Hermes have tried to deliver the returned goods and it’s stating no-one there to accept delivery 😳 how can that be! I feel this is a scam company and would not recommend using them at all.
