I would rate 0 if I could. Bought a few items to around £120 in January. Sent all but one item back straight away. Till this day have not received a refund. These people are scammers. We should all be able to get out money back. 😡😡

If I could leave no stars I would! Do not buy from them absolute scammers. I brought a few dresses total value around £169. Tried them didn't like them sent back next day in or original packaging and I emailed them to say so. Waiting for ages no co respondance or anything to let me know they had received my return. Emailed them gave them order number ect very slow reply and didn't ever give me a straight answer! Then when I heard nothing about back emailed again to recieve an automated message to say if I contact them again my return will be sent to back of a que?! Very unprofessional and still to this day have not receive refund or any reply from them! Absolute Scam!!

The only way I managed to get my refund was to go through PayPal, once they saw proof of return they refunded it straight away, it's the same with your bank, they'll get it back for you. I will never buy from them again, they need to be shut down

Sent a dress back for refund and never received since April, messaged and emailed numerous times and got no response. Do not order from here

Avoid, returned my dress in May and haven't been issued a refund despite having a proof of postage. They haven't replied to any of my emails and I must have sent about 6 in the last 3 months!!!!

I ordered two dresses, one was suitable the other wasn't so I followed the return instructions sending recorded delivery. After not hearing anything back I contacted customer service, they replied and asked for proof of return, I sent this back and then they asked for the order number which I had already sent, after sending both pieces of information back they are now ignoring my emails.

Only two of four items I ordered arrived. I contacted customer services but they stopped responding. I requested a refund for the missing items I was charged for but again no response. Reported to trading standards and I am trying to claim a refund through credit card. A popular fashion retailer sells their clothing. I wonder if they are aware of how bad they are!

AVOID at all costs . Ordered a dress in May .Awful material . Returned the Dress as unsuitable still waiting for a refund . Emailed on numerous occasions sent all relevant info ie order number , tracking number as requested by Miss figa . No correspondenceRuth shocking service from them . Next stop trading standards .

Ordered item, returned with tracking in May, item never refunded. Don’t answer emails. Nothing on their Facebook page since June. I think they may have stopped trading. Going to try and get money back via my bank

Avoid this company at all cost, they have ripped me off and now I'm having to go to trading standards and other governing bodies to sort it out, never get back to your email and no number to ring , very dissatisfied is to kinder word for this rip off company

This is the worst online company I’ve ever dealt with I ordered £77 worth of items at the beginning of may I returned all items as the quality is shocking and Looks nothing like on the website 18 th may I returned them recorded delivery and since then I’ve sent over 30 emails Order details and tracking reference no And still no refund and there response is We are busy and just keep asking for the same order details Disgusting customer service no chat line ever open No phone no to speak to someone I’m disgusted that they can keep your money and treat customers like this

Unfortunately I can't select "no stars", I ordered a dress which arrived within a week or so, great I thought but then the dress looked awful nothing like the photo at all. I returned it within 2 days of receiving it, Missfiga received it on 1st June, since then can I get hold of anyone to chase my refund..... Still waiting......

This is an awful company to deal with I ordered a jumpsuit from them when it arrived the suit and the belt were two different colour which was their negligence contacted them told me to return it which I did I put delivery docket inside return parcel they are saying they have no record of me purchasing it or returning it I sent them pics of suit plus proof of return postage but the day I need to go through my card provider to claim my own money back technically they have stolen from me because they have kept my suit that I paid for stay away from them shower of thieving scumbags I'm going to contact the Media they have stolen from a pensioner

Awful company. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Still waiting for a refund 2 months later, despite returning parcels via Royal Mail tracked and them confirming they received them, and stating they issued my refund. I have chased this up numerous times and heard nothing. I think this company believe I will give up but I won’t. I’ll take this to the small claims court if that’s what it takes. It isn’t even about the money at this point, it’s the principle I have given them 5 working days for them to respond to my email and if not I will start my application with the courts. Why should I be spending my own time chasing my money?

Returned items on 5th May, after chasing to check they had received it a couple of weeks later and giving them my tracking number, they replied to confirm they had (after asking what items I'd returned!). I was told I would get a refund in 10 working days. I'm still waiting. I have chased and they have ignored my messages

Avoid this company at all costs!!! Could only select a 1 star but they are a zero! Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I’m still waiting on a refund from this awful company 2 months later - I’ve raised a dispute with my credit card provider so hopefully I will get this resolved soon.

Ordered dress 10 days ago, paid for next day delivery and still haven't received it!! Sent emails and Facebook messages but no reply. Awful awful customer service. AVOID
