"This is an awful company to deal with I ordered a jumpsuit from them when it arrived the suit and the belt were two different colour which was their negligence contacted them told me to return it which I did I put delivery docket inside return parcel they are saying they have no record of me purchasing it or returning it I sent them pics of suit plus proof of return postage but the day I need to go through my card provider to claim my own money back technically they have stolen from me because they have kept my suit that I paid for stay away from them shower of thieving scumbags I'm going to contact the \r\nMedia they have stolen from a pensioner"

Tried emailing them and messaging them via the FB chat which they will reply eventually to say the refund has been processed and can take up to ten working days. I have done this a lot of times and have been responded by Rebecca, Lidia, Noreen, Wendy, Julie all saying the same thing that the refund has been processed and will take up to ten days for it to reach my account which it never does!!\r\n\r\nAvoid this company at all cost as you won't get your money back!!!"
