I ordered two dresses, one was suitable the other wasn't so I followed the return instructions sending recorded delivery.
After not hearing anything back I contacted customer service, they replied and asked for proof of return, I sent this back and then they asked for the order number which I had already sent, after sending both pieces of information back they are now ignoring my emails.
