Possible the worst customer service ever, sent items back (recorded) when they didnt refund i checked they had recieved, they wanted proof that the items were delivered back then after spending 2 weeks emailing as they have no phone number they offered me a credit note... i told them that I did not want this and they fianlly agreed to refund me.. its been a week and ive still not recieved my refund and they have stopped responding to Emails.. Honestly one of the worst companies out there... do yourself a favour a steer clear
