I Ordered 2 dresses before Christmas first time ordering from them I returned one which they received on 22nd December I'm still fighting for refund, I've spent the past month repeating myself in emails with details they ask for and now they just ignore them. I have to contact trading standards to sort this out. Awful customer service and I certainly won't be ordering again.
