Received the wrong item in March which was promptly returned requesting a full refund. 2 months later and still no refund. Repeated requests from Missfiga for the same information when I’ve emailed them - order number/ tracking number/ replace item etc - all questions have been answered promptly. I would just like my money back. Simple. Would not recommend this company due to very poor communication and customer service.
