I had Bilal speak to me today, and they were extremely lovely. My parcel was lost in transit and they could either give me a full refund or send the parcel again for next day delivery with no extra cost?! Amazing. I love this company this has never happened before and will not change how I purchase from them in the future. Great job, 5 stars :)
