I ordered clothes from Missguided on a Monday, and selected the next day delivery option so that I'd have them for the Friday at the latest, before I went on holidays. After waiting for two days, and bring unable to track my order, I sent them an email asking where my package was only to then be notified that there was a problem with my order and that it wouldn't arrive here in time. I was offered no refund on the €10 I spent on next day delivery and was only offered a small discount on my next order. I'm sorry misguided, but after such an awful delivery service there won't be a next time. So disappointed at their false advertising.
