Consistently late deliveries even though Missguided has changed from Yodel, who are notoriously rubbish, to another courier.
When you do complain about the late delivery you get a measly 10% discount off your next order, which when I have gone to use, often never works!
Most recently I returned a skirt within the specified 14 days, however, I received an email notifying me it was beyond the return date so they would be sending it back. I emailed the customer service team to let them know I returned the goods in time and that I can produce evidence by way of a post office receipt. The next day when I received an email back asking for the receipt, the goods had been returned already.
It seems there is a complete lack of communication between anyone in the this company and when they do mess up the customers should be pleased with 10% discount off their next order... When it's quite obviously just a ploy to entice you to shop again with.
