Missguided is an absolute joke!
My parcel never turned up so they sent me a disclaimer form via email, I stated that I didn't have any way for filling out the form & returning it to them & was basically told 'tough'
So I managed to get hold of my mums laptop after a few days, sent the form back and then was told 'no you need to hand sign the form' so what about people that don't have a computer and don't have a printer?!
I've lost £26 through no fault of my own and I'm fuming!!
Never will I ever shop there again!
I give them 0 stars!!
