Has anybody else returned something to missguided & they deducted an adjustment fee with no explanation what for???
Absolutely shocking - sent two parcels back, they've deducted 2.50 for return delivery & a further £25.66!!
Asked what this was for & got told 'sorry you've been overcharged on your adjustment fee, will re credit £12.86' is this a joke??
