I am writing to express my annoyance at the shocking experience that is shopping with Missguided. Usually I don't bother with complaining but I cannot believe the continuous bad experience I have had with your organisation that I feel I have no choice.
I'm going on holiday on Saturday and last week I ordered some bikinis. I received no confirmation of my order so I was clueless as to whether I would receive anything. I contact customer care and they respond the next day but tell me there's an issue with the system and I need to submit my order again, however I can see the money has actually left my bank account. Then about half an hour later my order arrives?! I'm glad I didn't submit my £80+ order again!
Then all my bikinis are too small (size 10). I return them using Doddle (luckily they are easy to use!). Instead of requesting for a new size I just reorder some other bikinis in a larger size (size 12). I request for these to be delivered the next working day (£5). I go through to the checkout and the system thinks I've requested for the £4 option. I go back and have to resubmit my order. I have my order delivered to find that the bikinis are too small again! I am definitely not a size 14 let alone a size 12. Your cut-out swimming costume was too small around the waist and massive around the back. Apart from a man who had a large back and tiny waist?! Subsequently I return all of the bikinis again.
Stupidly I decide to order some sandals with Missguided. I request for them to be delivered to my work address, I go through to PayPal and the information doesn't push through so my delivery address shows as my billing address and I only realise this after I've paid for the sandals.
Hoping it'll will be ok and deliver to one or the other (hopeful) I then received an email from you yesterday saying my delivery address isn't clear and to contact DX at 7p a minute to speak with them.
You are the one reason I do not shop on the Internet. Not only are your sizes extremely unrealistic and inaccurate but your website doesn't work and cannot even deliver my order to me! And I am still waiting for my sandals which I paid for next day delivery for. Altogether £160 has left my bank account for you and I have had absolutely nothing back. After delivery charges and phone calls to you, as well as time wasted emailing you, shopping on your website and waiting around for nothing I can actually use to turn up I can safely say I will not be shopping with you again, and I will advise others to follow.
