WORST COUSTOMER SEVERICE!! I have been having issues receiving my package for the last week. I wrote them, letting them know what had been happening. I got a reply to fill out document (claim report) to "help" me figure out hot to get my package back to me or a refund. It's been a week and I have yet to get a reply. It seems to me that I am the only one concerned on the whereabouts of my package, they are absolutely no help.
