Very disappointed with the service!!! Ordered black jeans (skinny and coated) instead I received WHITE jeans!!! Unbelievable as the invoice included in the parcel had "black jeans " so how two colours of such contrast can be mistaken is beyond belief. Tried to return the jeans to the number of stores listed on their website, including Asda. Went to 4 different places and all stores/shops told me they don't offer that service for Misguided (even Asda). Had ordered the clothes to wear tomorrow night now I can't. Sent an email to them yesterday and still have had no reply. Absolutely appalling and I'm really annoyed at this ridiculous service. They don't even have a contact number to at least call them and talk to their customers. Basically it's easy for them to hide or even ignore emails from their valued customers. Discussing customer service. I don't know when I'm going to receive my jeans. Extremely disappointed not buying from them again. It was actually my first time, I had read all the bad reviews but I so wanted the jeans they have. Not to be repeated!!!!
