Awful awful service!
I am hugely disapointed with the Missguided service, if you can call it that. I would recommend that no one uses it.
I ordered from them as they were offering a free next day service if you spent over a certain amount, so I did.
I received a confirmation email to say my order has been processed. Nothing arrived and no one has emailed me since. There is no number to call to speak to anyone and I have sent Personal Messages to all their social media accounts to get an honest update of when I am actually going to receive my clothes that I have paid for and have heard nothing back
I have still heard nothing other than received automated responses, which is infuriating. All I want to know is when I am going to receive the items and this is the minimum level of service I would expect when I have already paid for these items.
I really do not understand why companies offer services that they cannot deliver and are very happy to take money for goods they cannot provide. Its like paying at a restaurant and saying the food wont be ready for a week, but holding your money until then. They would not survive and neither should this business.
Get your act together Missguided and tell me where the hell my clothes are!
