I am appalled at the service.
I ordered a swimming costume and sunglasses for next day delivery.
I waited in all day for the delivery and it never showed
I emailed Missguided and they said they had for some reason been returned to the depo
Mistakes happen, I get that so I politely emailed them asking them to resend the package next day delivery
I then received an email back stating that the £22 swimming costume was now out of stock so they couldn't send it so they would refund me £19.50 as I'd been charged an adjustment fee of £2.50
I fail to see why I'M being charged an adjustment fee when all I wanted was the products. I have asked for a full refund including delivery which I will probably not get.
The customer service emails are also very patronising.
Safe to say I will never be using Missguided again. Totally not worth the hassle especially when you're relying on something coming on a specific date.
