Everything. The refund takes a month MINIMUM, if you can eve get one. The delivery takes 3 weeks. The website is full of glitches. The customer service team is annoyed by you if you can get a hold of them. Oh and they have cute dresses. But you will pay the price another way. They will stress you out and make you feel as if your money is disposable.
