Flighty and vague customer service. Chatted in regarding my return, all I was told "it will be sorted out for you" and then the agent left the chat. Paying for return shipping is shameful, the sizing is not accurate on the website and all in all I had high hopes but the quality of the clothes are extremely poor. I don't believe this company has any regard for customer service and that they are truly more concerned with making money.
