i dont even know where to begin. i ordered an item and i got a notification with my order number. 2days later i placed a second order which after two more days i got a shipment notification and tracking number. I emailed customer service about my order and they swore heaven and earth they never got my order and they never took any money from my account although they did. Luckily for me a couple of days the package arrived, a pair of shoes. they didnt fit and i wanted to return them. At the same time i had to return a top from my second order so i shipped them together. today i get an email notification for a refund for just the top and not the shoes. i contacted customer service on twitter continuously and i have been ignored although i see them helping other people. i paid $70 for those shoes and im very upset. i just want my refund so i can stop shopping from missguided in peace.
