Paid for next day delivery as needed the goods for an event, they didn't turn up and customer service just telling me they have no idea where my goods are, if and when they will be delivered.
They just keep telling me to wait until Hermes decides if they are delivering! Its a joke!
Avoid this company at all costs this is the second time they have done this could kick myself for being dumb enough to order from them again!!
