My jeans broke after a week, after 3 weeks of me asking for an exchange they refunded me. I asked why and they told me the jeans were out of stock. However, it wasn't hard for me to look online to see they were still in stock. I complained and they offered me a £2 refund for delivery for some reason... and then every customer service adviser continued to lie about them being out of stock until I sent them an image of them in stock on their website. They refused to give me an exchange after this and were rude to me and patronising. Also tried to offer me 20% off the jeans even though that would still make them more expensive and they also didn't know they were offering 30% off everything at the time.
