It has been a week since I placed my order with Missguided and paid for next day delivery. They gave me a code for a 25% discount which I used successfully. Or so I was told. They took my money without any discount and I have yet to receive my purchased items. Every time I email them they respond asking for my order details and address etc...
I provided the required information three times and I am still in the dark.
I have never experienced such a terrible service. I do not recommend them to anyone.
