I have only ever returned items to Missguided three times, once earlier this year and the second and thrid time was last month, i returned two packages at the exact same time to the exact same address, as provided by Missguided. All three times my returns have "gone missing"! ???!!! I didnt follow up with the first package because i forgot about it, but I wont let it go this time. There is ZERO customer support, i have tried contact them on the live chat and facebook and to say they were absolutely useless is an understatement. I dont know how they can get away with this. My next move is to report this company to all the consumer rights watchdogs and I would urge others to do the same. Its not fair, they are clearly keeping customers money wrongfully on the basis of returns "going missing", in my eyes this is a form of THEFT!
