I received a faulty item in the mail (a shirt that had a hole in it), so I ordered another soon after and returned the other. Now the new package is lost/stuck in customs and Missguided Customer Service is running me in circles instead of issuing a resolve to the problem. I need the package early next week for an event! An appropriate solution would be issuing me a refund and reordering my item with overnighted shipping as a courtesy. Absolutely horrible. I understand that this is a web-based company but it's ridiculous to me that there are no phone operations with the company. Also need more staff to answer emails and DMs. Do better Missguided. I just want my package.
