Ordered on 17 November with 50% code, never landed, live chatted and they said it had got lost in click and collect, so they would put the order through again.
Got an email to say half the order isn't available, so got refunded what wasn't in stock, said they'd send the rest next day delivery, a week later and still waiting, tried live chat explained, no reply off nakita, said 'hello anyone there?!!!' got ' give me 2 mins' as a reply 20 minutes later, guess what still no reply and then lo and behold live chat is not working!! Dreadful customer service, think they can't afford to do the 50% off and that's why no one gets their items, I will not be purchasing from them again, which is a shame because my daughter loves their clothes.
