My order came in a box which had been opened. Three items were missing.
They refunded me for these straight away which was good. I kept one top out of my order of around 20 items. I just looked at my bank statement and they only refunded me for half the items. Also each item has been individually refunded, so iv had to go through and calculate what they paid and what they still owe.
Really poor and unorganised service.
