I returned 5 items through Doodle
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY EVER!!! I returned 5 items through Doodle. The returns did not go through. They charged my card £131. I did a "chat" on their website (which took about 45 minutes because they take about 10 mins to reply to each message) Finally I was told I would get a refund and confirmation email.Nothing. I emailed 4 times. No reply. I did a Facebook message (which apparently is instant reply) NOTHING. I did another chat (which I am still in with someone called Siphesihle. It has been one hour and I am still waiting on the reply. I have even managed to cook the dinner whilst awaiting. The jumpers came torn, I re-ordered the same jumper 3 times, every time TORN. I will never EVER shop with them again.
