I spoke with Yasmin via live chat regarding my order which I am still waiting to recieve. It has been about 3x weeks now but I totally understand there are a few delays due to Covid-19. Yasmin was very quick to reply and helpful. She advised my order was still on it's way and to apologize for the delay offered to refund my freight cost. Great customer service just hoping I will receive my order shortly and that it dosent get lost in transit.
