I had a pair of shoes that unfortuatly broke after I only wore them twice. the customer service team were really good at helping me sort out a return outside the return period. all I had to do was organise Hermes pick up with the returns label they had sent me and the following day send my proof of purchase receipt over and within minutes one of the operates Alisha organised my refund to be processed within 3-5 working days to save me having to wait until it gets back to their warehouse before I received my refund. overall I feel as through the customer service team at misguided really helped me arrange how to send back my order and ensure I got a refund for the damaged good.
