I spoke with Joelle to change my address via the online chat function as I had a typo on there. She was a great help and amended it immediately. She advised I could check when the goods had been dispatched to see if they were going to the right place. I checked the next day and spoke to someone named Yasmin via the online chat also and she was a great help also. Fabulous customer service from both. They deserve a well done! Effective and efficient communication.
