I ordered a dress for it to arrive with a ripped hole in. Ordered the same dress again (because I really liked it) but that arrived with two rips! Nightmare.
Returned both items in the same package but only got the refund for one.
Luckily spoke to Yasmin today on the chat function and she refunded me within minutes and I didn't even have to explain! Not the best experience but Yasmin turned it around.
