I don't usually spend my time by writing reviews but this time I got so frustrated that I have to do so .I am shopping online for the last 10 years and more and the experience I had with Missguided was HORRIBLE. The products shown on their pictures have nothing to do with the real products they are sending you. It's amazing how audacity they show. I 've ordered a satin dress , which the fabric was stretchy ,see through and not satin for sure. The stitches were obvious also from the front side of the dress. The fabric and material was so cheap, that for sure you could't wear it anywhere and it also had 'puff' sleeves that were falling down and couln't hold their 'puff' shape as the fabric was so thin . It was a disaster and believe me , that dress didn't worth even 1 euro. It was ridiculous.. It was way far of how it looked in the pictures. Even if you buy from a Chinese website , the quality is nicer. At first , when I received my order I thought it was a joke (but no).. After sharing my bad experience , they contacted me via email and offered my the solution of 'RETURN'. wow... I think all online stores have this policy of returning products that you don't like. However I paid initially 8 euros shipping and now I will arrange to pay the courier and none of these shipping costs will be refunded back to me,. Very kind of them. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SITE FOR ONLINE SHOPPING.
