Ive been using Mississippi Miracle Clay for over 10 years. I drink it. I put a half teaspoon full of the clay in a glass of water and drink it. It's so good for you. It helped cure my colitis that I had without taking any medicine. It's Magnesium so its very anti inflammatory. I'm so glad we have it here nearby. Roger Parkes
