I would strongly advise against subscribing to Miss to Mrs. Box. After cancelling my wedding—a deeply emotional and personal decision—I contacted them to stop the subscription, as I no longer needed the boxes. Despite this, they continued sending me the boxes and still charged me, blaming me for not clicking a specific link to complete the cancellation.
Their response was cold and dismissive, showing zero empathy for my situation. Expecting someone in a difficult mental state to navigate a convoluted cancellation process is not only insensitive but entirely unacceptable.
This company preys on vulnerable moments in people’s lives, but when something as significant as a wedding cancellation happens, they refuse to show any understanding or flexibility. Instead, they prioritize profits over people, leaving me feeling exploited during an already painful time.
If you’re considering this subscription, think twice. Their rigid policies and lack of compassion make it clear they don’t care about their customers—just their bottom line.
