I absolutely love Miss to Mrs!!!!!! Every box is an absolute delight!!! I truly feel like a bride-to-be when I recibe my box! If you are wondering whether to purchase your membership or not I would HIGHLY recommend that you do! You won’t regret it!! Or just tell your fiancé to spoil you a little🥰 you deserve it queen!!

I would strongly advise against subscribing to Miss to Mrs. Box. After cancelling my wedding—a deeply emotional and personal decision—I contacted them to stop the subscription, as I no longer needed the boxes. Despite this, they continued sending me the boxes and still charged me, blaming me for not clicking a specific link to complete the cancellation. Their response was cold and dismissive, showing zero empathy for my situation. Expecting someone in a difficult mental state to navigate a convoluted cancellation process is not only insensitive but entirely unacceptable. This company preys on vulnerable moments in people’s lives, but when something as significant as a wedding cancellation happens, they refuse to show any understanding or flexibility. Instead, they prioritize profits over people, leaving me feeling exploited during an already painful time. If you’re considering this subscription, think twice. Their rigid policies and lack of compassion make it clear they don’t care about their customers—just their bottom line.

Unfortunately it's not worth the Canadian price I paid. The items feel cheaply made and just isn't worth almost $100 😕 its fun for the newly engaged excitement but not worth the $$

This is a really cute idea, and the box is adorable, however most items are extremely cheap and cheesy. The tote bags are nothing special and honestly I would’ve been totally fine without this subscription. My mom did it for me and it was so much fun to open up the box each month, but i was often disappointed because of the quality of the items. I honestly wouldn’t spend the money and instead put together one nice gift basket for your bride to be!

Totally worth the price!! Didn’t have to return a thing the tank top is PERFECT for sweaty workouts as it is flowy material I also use the necklace and cup almost every single day. It makes getting married all the more exciting and give you little stuff that helps that you might not that thought of!!

BEWARE CONSUMERS: there is no gift card being included with their gifts. As a bride, this is upsetting not to know who sent you a gift. This defeats the purpose of sending a gift. I have written to the company and they share it's a privacy issue. I don't know of a company including that doesn't have a choice where the sender can check off a box and include their name and even a message. Miss to Mrs Box is in the gift industry and wedding industry. Additionally, their gifts are poor quality. I had a calendar that is intended to stand up that doesn't, a fake crystal from their pen that fell off, the cup holder only works on small bottles, their tote bags are nothing special, and their bridal base balls caps are written bride in white on a white hat. Hard to see what it reads. It's a great concept with poor execution in all areas has been my experience. I feel bad for all the people who sent me a bridal gift because I have no idea who they are to thank them.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I enjoyed my boxes, until I didn't need them anymore. Nowhere on their website to cancel. I emailed them to cancel and they charged me for my next box anyway. I asked them to refund me because I didn't need the box, but they refused. All I got in response was a "Sorry for the inconvenience!" Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I pay $45 a month for this box, it's exciting to get new stuff every month and its usually pretty cute stuff . Some items though are cheaply made and wear down or break within a month. My real issue with this subscription though is how long it takes to ship, I literally wait almost a month every time to get my box.

Scammers I bought this subscription for my daughter they just sent me an email that I didn’t pay enough for shipping charges and would need to bill me another $47.70 to receive more boxes I already paid $252.95 and my daughter only received one box. What kind of operation are they running here??? Very unprofessional!

The boxes were great and had really great items in them. I had to change my wedding date (I did not know the specific date when I signed up and I later knew the right date) I got a response the next day letting me know it was updated. Unfortunately, I lost my job recently... but I was so surprised because I simply emailed them again letting them know I needed to cancel and they canceled it right away. They didn't even ask a reason! I am so impressed by the communication, products, and helpfulness of this company... I never leave reviews but I felt I had to for this specific thing because I was so surprised by their customer service and the items provided. Thank you very much.
