I have loved looking forward to my boxes but the last 2 have been sucky.. I changed my shoe size right when I did the subscription because I saw in picture they could send slippers but it never asked me for my shoe size in filling it out. Well I changed it through email and then they ended up sending me a box with slippers that were actually too small and wouldn’t exchange them or anything gave me $5 dollars back. After that box I just had a box “delivered” but I never got it. They said they won’t do anything and that I basically just lost $50 since it’s not their responsibility, which I get you can’t control ups but the least you could do is give me a full refund since I just paid and literally got nothing. Very upset because again I was loving getting them despite the price, but after this I will be sure to tell everyone not to buy a box from here.
