Unfortunately it's not worth the Canadian price I paid. The items feel cheaply made and just isn't worth almost $100 😕 its fun for the newly engaged excitement but not worth the $$

BEWARE CONSUMERS: there is no gift card being included with their gifts. As a bride, this is upsetting not to know who sent you a gift. This defeats the purpose of sending a gift. I have written to the company and they share it's a privacy issue. I don't know of a company including that doesn't have a choice where the sender can check off a box and include their name and even a message. Miss to Mrs Box is in the gift industry and wedding industry. Additionally, their gifts are poor quality. I had a calendar that is intended to stand up that doesn't, a fake crystal from their pen that fell off, the cup holder only works on small bottles, their tote bags are nothing special, and their bridal base balls caps are written bride in white on a white hat. Hard to see what it reads. It's a great concept with poor execution in all areas has been my experience. I feel bad for all the people who sent me a bridal gift because I have no idea who they are to thank them.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I enjoyed my boxes, until I didn't need them anymore. Nowhere on their website to cancel. I emailed them to cancel and they charged me for my next box anyway. I asked them to refund me because I didn't need the box, but they refused. All I got in response was a "Sorry for the inconvenience!" Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Scammers I bought this subscription for my daughter they just sent me an email that I didn’t pay enough for shipping charges and would need to bill me another $47.70 to receive more boxes I already paid $252.95 and my daughter only received one box. What kind of operation are they running here??? Very unprofessional!

I have many things to say about this company. I want to start with; the box is great. It's cute, the items are quality and I was super impressed with the packaging. Now, onto the other things. Let me say, the customer service is awful!! Not only does it say support 24/7, which isn't accurate, they don't actually help or solve the issue. I spent nearly $45 on my subscription box this month.. it never arrived. It shows delivered but it never came. Unfortunately fed ex told me to reach out to the seller. So I did. This company, wanted to charge me $20 simply to replace the items that I never received. When I told them I was disappointed, they basically told me that they didn't care and would happily cancel my membership. My advice, if you want cute items for your wedding, go for it. As long as you aren't expecting quality customer service. If you want quality items, AND customer service- find a different company. It is your best bet. This company will steal your joy!

The box they send you is never valued at $50 or even close for that matter. The stuff they send is cheaply made. They also charge you a $20 fee just to cancel at any time no matter what. Customer service is awful. Please save your wedding money and skip this sub! They also tried to say they couldn’t find the email I used so I had no account to cancel - as I was steady receiving invoices to my email.

I maybe got one thing useful out of each box. The boxes in the beginning seemed like a great cool idea! But then after I got married they kept charging me and sending me them. I was just told yesterday I am getting my “honeymoon” Box soon.. I have been married for 8 months now. They also don’t let you cancel without a huge fee. I tried to sell some of the stuff I got but a lot was continuous. Lots of lotions and foot scrubs and face masks. It was an exciting thing at first but too expensive in the long run and very frustrating I’m getting a honeymoon Box 8 months later..

Customer service sucks. Ordered my first box in October came with a damaged cup. Emailed about said cup still haven’t received a replacement. I canceled my second box but was still charged showed proof of said charge and was basically told we can’t refund you. They charge 20 dollars to cancel but when it’s their turn to refund you all you get is a no.

The system isn’t user friendly- you have no idea when your next box is coming— wedding planning is hectic enough as is. Trying to keep track of your next box is annoying- and the cute I said yes cup- complete trash — spills everything every time. Waste.

The planner was not very detailed. The items I got all seemed to be things I could get from the dollar store which seems silly considering how much was paid, even half off, for the box. Simply put, I was underwhelmed.

trying to change my address and there's only one spot on your acct and so I did it only for my shipping address NOT to change until I realized when I got the shipping email. So not happy with that, there should be an option to change both addresses or the one spot for the one should change both shipping and billing address.

BEWARE FOR $40 plus SHIPPING - NOT WORTH THE HASSLE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE 😦😦 My subscription started 6.20. It traveled from the Northeast to Florida and back to the Northeast and then to Georgia where it has been for over a month. I LIVE IN FLORIDA! The Customer Service just gives you lip service. Did you know that you cannot get a new box or get your money back for almost 60 days? They will not send another box, my bride has been waiting and they cannot issue a refund until the date they gave me, August 3rd. if not delivered. What is worse people is they do not have any say in shipping and are as probably as good as you can be at tracking. That is all they could tell me is where my box is... duh, I can do that myself. In the end I am so disappointed and have gone with another more reputable vendor that can answer with real people and not stock answers BEWARE!

Regarding specific delays, we have observed particularly in cities that due to the protests mail service has been extremely delayed in some states. This of course in tandem with the additional circumstances has relative to COVID-19 are key contributors. To address shipping delivery speed, we have recently introduced new policies where we are able to re-ship your packages Priority Mail should they get lost or significantly delayed. Also If the carrier declares your box as lost we can either reship it free of charge or provide a refund. We can assure you that we do everything possible to please our Brides and will keep working towards increasing the speed of future deliveries. highly disappointed that i ordered May 28th and it is june 20th and still haven't received it. it shipped two weeks ago. Why would I subscribe every month or two months when the products don't even get here in a reasonable time. I will find a different bridal subscription.

I signed up for 9 boxes accelerated but only received 8. The boxes aren’t shipped right after your card is charged. Some of my boxes took over a month to get to me and when I contacted support they were not nice about it at all. Said it’s not there fault, it’s the postal services fault I just need to wait. I had already been charged for boxes 6,7,&8 but had not received box 6 yet. Would I order these boxes again???? Absolutely not! Would I recommend these boxes to people??? Absolutely not!

Well it has been very good up until last month when my daughter did not get her box and we have been waiting for it for a month now I let them know and all they say is I’m so sorry but ifIf you could wait a little bit longer your box will be there well both of us are tired of waiting but you take my money but my box is not there I’m not happy for paying for Box she did not get other than that everything was perfect

Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience this matter may have caused you. We can assure you that Miss to Mrs team is working 24/7 resolving this issue. Currently, we started to ship delayed Boxes with Priority Mail. If your tracking is not updating for at least 10 days, we will be able to submit a request for an investigation by the carrier and if the package is considered lost, we can reship the box using Priority Mail. Please contact us again if there are no updates posted for 10 days, so we can start an investigation.

After my first box I ask if i was able to send back since there wasn't anything useful in the box and they said no. I should have cancelled at that time but I was hoping the next box would be better, not so much. I ended up getting 3 boxes and used maybe 2 items so it didn't all go to waste. I would recommend being able to choose items from the box or choose if you want to keep that box. Or market to younger brides. Maybe just a more specific demo. I am 36 and this did happen during COVID pandemic. We did still get married but the boxes just didnt do anything for me. Maybe for a younger audience.

So, first of all, the box isn’t completely customizable as it says, but honestly that isn’t what bothers me, as I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten in the box and am excited every time it comes in. My problem has been with the company itself. At first I opted for what I thought would be the plan that would get me all the boxes by my wedding in September. After a long exchange having to explain over and over that I just wanted to make sure I had all the boxes before that date, I finally got switched to a monthly plan and was assured I would have them all. I didn’t receive my box in April, so I assumed it was something having to do with the pandemic. I emailed to ask and found out that my subscription still hasn’t been changed. I’m going to be honest, even though I love the products, if they don’t fix it and give me 100% confidence I will have them all before my wedding I’m going to cancel.
