“I was very disappointed in the overall effect that the Miss to Mrs Box brought. It took almost a month to finally reach me, the products seemed middle of the road, almost mediocre. Especially the “planner” which ended up just being a place to hold notes. I don’t think this is what I thought and don’t feel the price reflects my experience.”

“Super cute stuff but upon using my pens one of them would not fully open properly (turn to release the part you write with) so cannot be used, tried to use the other and wrote two sentences before it would no longer work, very spotty ink The cup was suuuuper cute but bad quality, it has a crack already and hasn't even been used”

“This box buys into all the typical bridal stereotypes. One entire box was exercise themed since all brides are expected to lose tons of weight for their wedding. The products are also low quality and pretty cheesy. There were a few useful items, but not worth the money.”

“I signed up to try the subscription box and I wasn't too thrilled about the items that came in the box. I felt like the first box should br so exciting and have the customer wanting to keep the subscription and excited for the next box. I just think for the price of the box, every box should be super nice. I didn't receive any of the clothing, hats, slippers, tshirt, clutch purse or anything and I think the boxes should at least contain one wearable item.”

“I was never told about themes that the. Boxes could come in. Upon receiving my first box I got nothing that I would use in it. I don't wear make up and my wedding is on Halloween. I was very unhappy. One CSR attempted to fix this for me offering $10 discount on my next box and a choice of themes with descriptions!! **thank her sooo much.** I responded back to recieved an email from a different CSR who attempted to only give me a $5 discount and offered to add an additional box for another $5 discount. This made me sad. There must be no communication between CSR but my email had previous conversations attached so the new CSR should of already known my situation.”

“Arrived weeks late, the cup's lid is broken, so it leaks all over your shirt when you try to use it, and the planner is bent, so the front has a big wrinkle in it. Always fun to have a dismissive customer service when you ask for something to be done about your package taking 3 weeks to arrive. Sadly disappointed.”

“So in theory I thought this box was a fantastic idea. What better way to celebrate your new engagement then to get a box every month with fun and exciting trinkets to use in your future soirées and nuptials. I guess my mistake and recommendation to you would be this; I’m 33, not 23! There was a lot of cheap/ useless stuff that is literally going to be tossed into the garbage and never to be seen again. I thought the first box was actually adorable, however upon further review you realize it’s a coffee mug you will use for maybe a couple months before the novelty of “I said yes” wears off and seems silly to carry around, obnoxious really. A necklace that is sure to become tarnished and blasé, if your even into it in the first place. The pens we’re a nice touch, however one of mine broke and fell apart after three of four uses (these things do happen No fault of yours). Balloons are a great idea, can be used for parties to come.... but these days most places with helium won’t allow you to bring balloons in that aren’t sourced from in house. However i’m sure there are places that still do, plus you can make them work. I’m actually an old soul who enjoys pen to paper, so the note book is something of use to me and let’s be frank, every girl is polishing up that new diamond daily, so the polishing cloth is a nice touch. Once I sat back and looked at this box of trinkets I just realized it was a waste of perfectly good money that would pay for much more valuable things to come. However I don’t know how quickly I would have noticed that if box two wasn’t such a disappointment! Please, do everyone a favour... take that white hate from the second box and throw it in the trash! SMH. Overall I think it’s a sweet idea that has wonderful potential, but could be executed better. Or maybe I’m just too old. Thanks anyway, Megan Raven (Fox)”

“I do not recommend this bridal box. The items received were very low quality and a waste of money. I received an email on 6/12/20 and it’s 6/26 and I’ve yet to receive the package and have no idea where it’s. I will say customer service is wonderful when I tried to cancel and they talked me into staying but I truly just wasted my money but hoping they weren’t bad.”

“Was really disappointed! Could have gotten most of that from dollar store. Didn’t get a tshirt that said bride or really anything that said bride except a cup that broke. I was so happy when my fiancé got me this subscription but was let down every two weeks. Most of the boxes came damaged from the mail also!”

“I still haven’t received a tracking number and it has been over a week. Starting to think this is a scam.”

We're extremely sorry for a such long delay with the tracking update and delivery of your order. It's the first time we have an issue like this. We have already contacted our partner in order to get any update on when all our shipments will return to normal. Our partner carrier experienced data delays in the transmission of milestones to USPS tracking, unfortunately, it's not under our control. We're taking all possible actions to improve performance for all future shipments. “The items aren’t that great. I only like two or three items from each box. They seem to be getting better but still not my style. They are for people who more want to brag about being engaged and not for someone who is preparing to be married. For instance a hat that says Wifey isn’t something I need.”
