I was never told about themes that the. Boxes could come in. Upon receiving my first box I got nothing that I would use in it. I don't wear make up and my wedding is on Halloween. I was very unhappy. One CSR attempted to fix this for me offering $10 discount on my next box and a choice of themes with descriptions!! **thank her sooo much.** I responded back to recieved an email from a different CSR who attempted to only give me a $5 discount and offered to add an additional box for another $5 discount. This made me sad. There must be no communication between CSR but my email had previous conversations attached so the new CSR should of already known my situation.
