my friend (the bride to be) has been loving every box that comes her way. she’s been telling me how exciting it is whenever she receives a package of mixed goods every month and that it brightens her day. when there was a damaged item, i messaged them to see if they could replace it and they were quick to respond and understanding! they put a replacement item in the next month’s box. (that box hasn’t come in yet but i trust that it’s in there.) so far this has been a great purchase. :)
