I wrote on here 6 days ago re my order. I had an email apologising for delay on Monday saying be despatched within 48/72 hrs. Since then I have emailed several times as heard no more and no reply so far!. I’m thinking of asking for a refund as even with current situation I’ve not had this time delay with any other company. It’s not good enough and at least expect an honest response of the real delivery time.
