Shabby store, shabby service. This has been going on since early December my items have been delivered twice to the wrong address despite several phone calls to confirm the correct address. My items were due on 21/12/20, I was finally promised delivery for Monday 11th January a parcel arrived on Tuesday with only one of the three items, no explanation or message to say where the res was?
Queries are not resolved in under an hour nor in the 24 hr email service standard. Think the lady on CS is very nice but not coping with the amount of work, phones are also down and have been now for 3 days I think. Definitely at least 2. All I want to know is where is the rest of my shipment and when will receive it. Live chat is also not available when I have tried.
