I was looking forward to receiving the pink velvet round chair however when it arrived it had a very noticeable black mark on the seat and the box was battered and split in places. Even though the mark is small it is still very noticeable, and for the price - not what you expect to receive. However this fault with the chair appears to have been done in the warehouse due to the way it was packaged. When I emailed to ask how to return for a full refund or how to exchange I was offered a 15% refund and to keep the chair. When I declined this and asked how to return for a full refund or exchange I got no further reply from Shabby Store. This was on the 21st January. I have since emailed twice regarding returning the chair as I do not want to miss the returns period however, I have still not received a reply. I waited almost two moths for my item to be delivered (I understand Covid can effect this) however I think my order was forgotten about as when I emailed asking where it was I eventually received my dispatch email. I am very disappointed at the customer service shown considering I was willing to exchange the product as I liked it, it was just a shame about the mark.
