I should have read all the bad reviews before I ordered, they are all the same, including me now. Ordered end of November, two weeks went by and part of my order that was in stock still hadn't been dispatched so I emailed. Got reply saying there was a delay and it would be on its way, had to email again the following week as it didn't arrive when promised. I finally received my long awaited ginger jar but the fact I had to chase delivery myself let it down. Then on to my pre-order items for January, no news from them, checked on the website that they were in stock. They were, so yet again I did their job for them and emailed to ask where my delivery was and this is now a month later, 7 emails later, last two ignored and now trying a PayPal case to get my money back for boxes I doubt I will ever see. I will be warning people to avoid Shabby and clearly people must be getting paid to write good reviews because it's appalling customer service and a complete scam.
