Very disappointed with the service -or rather lack of - from Shabby Store. Ordered goods on 26th January and still not received. I approached the company after 10 working days to be told the delay was due to covid, Brexit and snow. That was on 10 th February. Since then I’ve emailed twice, tried unsuccessfully to get a response on their phone and been unable to access the help bot. But they have debited my account. Poor experience - I will also be contacting Good Housekeeping Magazine, to relay my dissatisfaction, which was where I first heard about the company.
