I placed an order 15 days ago and had no update so I contacted the customer service team who advised there was a delay with my order, If i had know this when ordering wouldn’t have continued with the order as i am moving so not able to collect the items when they eventually do arrive. I explained this to the team and asked for a refund or if there way anyway to change the address for my order i have since responded to the customer service team 3 times via email, tried calling a number of times and had no response. It shouldn’t be the customers responsibility the chase for an order, find solutions and be left unknown. I feel let down by this company and i will never be using them again.
