Had several issues with this company I love their range but trying to get answers and replacement parts for faulty items Is proving so difficult if you call they say email if you email you just go round and round in circles all I needed was to replace 2 broken collars on 2 out of 4 stools I received .
So disappointing having to constantly try and contact them .
