First order with Shabby Store. Ordered lighting and accessories showing as ‘in stock’. Waited the requested 10 working days with no sign of my order or any communication on why it was delayed.
Extremely poor customer service. I had no response to both the email and messenger message I sent. Managed to get through on the phone only to be told the lighting would be a further 3 month wait! At what point where they going to get in touch???
Which I had read some reviews before ordering!
Have requested a refund.
