Ordered 2 Leo Mink Bar Stools on 9th March 21, chased delivered and recieved then on 23rd of March. Really disappointed with build quality, stitching was awful and both chairs were damaged and one was stained. It looked like someone drunk had stitched them and quality asssurred them before they were sent out. I rang SS and provided 20 photos of damage and issues And arranged DHL pick up on 24th March, I've numerous phone calls and sent emails, made. Comments. On Instagram and Facebook and finally had an email saying refunded processed on 8/4/21 I'm still waiting for my refund to date 22/4/21 nearly a month after they have had their damaged and badly made goods back. I've chased and chased my refund of £207 to no avail. Was initially told refined would be within 10 working days I'm still waiting. Have reported to my bank really hoping I get my money back or will take to small claims court. Please don't part with you money it all looks lovely on Facebook and Instagram but the chairs were awfully made and I'm gutted I trusted this company they have had their items back a month ago and I'm still waiting for my money. Another phonecall today and emails chasing my refund no response. Phones lines closed.
